Friendly and helpful staff made my stay enjoyable.

My room had an issue with noisy guests in the nearby business center, which disrupted my work on several occasions. I experienced a delay in receiving my lunch order, as the restaurant seemed understaffed despite being nearly empty. Lastly, even though the room was non-smoking, I could still smell smoke in the hallways, which was quite uncomfortable.

During my stay, I noticed no complimentary water in the room upon check-in, which would have been a nice touch. The WiFi connection was inconsistent, sometimes making it hard to stay connected while working. I would appreciate child-friendly TV channels for family stays. Despite a few hiccups, the staff's friendliness made a positive impact.

It was just an appropriate option for a brief visit in Cape Town with very good value for money. The room was quite clean and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. Make sure to explore the cozy restaurant offering great light meals.

the lodge is a great spot! it's conveniently located between the airport and city center. the rooms were comfy and clean. the support staff was excellent and made my stay pleasant. i loved the fitness room, and the pool is a nice bonus to unwind after a long day.
